I brushed off a lot of old yellow paint that had flaked off

but I did recently find this and one other (listed separately) herbarium pages

cut from some sort of wrapping paper I would guess

is a real beauty

but for me these hand-painted numbers on the dark gray squares are even more so

Old Red Painted Cigar Box Train or Traveling Circus Car with Screened Windows folk art cookie cutter I brushed off a lotI'm thinking this very sweet cigar box on wheels might have been made by a parent or grandparent long ago as part of a traveling circus set; it seems well suited to house a lion or tiger behind those screens (though would also make a great cricket cage.) I especially love the screen covered round cutout window at the front end, and the yellow painted fully rotating axels and wheels. Lots of love invested in this. Box itself: 8 5 8 l x 4 5 8d x 5 5 8
