1872 or so based on one other set I've found sold at auction that was dated by hand on the underside of the box

but it's a bit hard to tell for sure

and for their  otherworldly sort of green

but when I add one to the shop it is because I think it's pretty special

Printed paper over folded card, I just thought think they were curious and made quite a visually satisfying little set and I can't find another quite like it out there, though Japanese origami paper dice are definitely a thing. 1920s 30s I believe.
