Lovely Early 20th Century Watercolor Seascape in Original Frame crying baby and a Pepe le Pew-lookingI'll never say no to a good seascape, and this is very much one of those, watercolor, early 20th century I believe, signed A Radgley or similar at lower left. Original frame, found in New England, and I would confidently bet painted somewhere between Gloucester, MA and Bar Harbor, Maine. 14 1 2" x 10 3 4" framed, under glass, as found. Backed by wood in the frame. Some general light age toning to the paper, all of a piece with it. Wired on the back
