Early 20th C. Penny Toy Striped Car with Pair of Figures wooden school slate Not very often I come

Not very often I come across an early signed and dated theorem painting on velvet

with "landmanden" meaning farmer

mouth that leans to one side

I grew up surrounded by the studio pottery of Solveig Cox--largely functional vessels and objects

Both frame and drawing in very good condition

Early 20th C. Penny Toy Striped Car with Pair of Figures wooden school slate Not very often I comeI paid about as much for this one as I'm asking, but I think it's just about the best looking, and sweetest, tin litho penny toy I've ever seen, so I had to bring it home and will be glad to keep it for myself. How to beat these green and orange stripes and these two tiny figures facing one another forever as they roll along? With those two big (relatively speaking) silver wheels perfectly punctuating the symmetry. Total delight. 1 5 8" w x 1 3 8" t x
