Pulpe 2024 Malvasia nera A berry fruit-forward natural redA collaborative wine made by students at the agricultural high school in Rouffach, Alsace, under the guidance of Domaine de l'cole. Organically farmed grapes from calcareous marl soils are hand harvested, directly pressed, and aged for seven months in stainless steel. Bottled without sulfur, fining, or filtration, it is a bright and approachable expression of classic Alsatian varieties.
