In silver, silver gilt with enamels a white enamelled cross pattee, bearing a bust of Saint Agatha in the center on obverse, measuring at 37. 5 mm (w) x 41 mm (h), and weighing at 19. 8 grams, worn on original ribbon, enamel damage to obverse inscription ring, otherwise intact, remains in very fine condition. Contained in its original case of issue, a burgundy leatherette with San Marino coat of arms, interior in creme
