Constructed of off white paper with black ink, named to Gefreiter Karl Letsche, issued on 23 May 1943 and featuring the handwritten signature of General Willi Harmjanz, Commander of Luftgau (Air District) Norway, issued for award number 5917, measuring 132 mm (w) x 185 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
