Fatalone Primitivo Gioia del Colle 2015 Mushrooms Excellent mixed or neat100% Primitivo. From high elevation vineyards that sit upon large granite stones, yielding a refreshing minerality. A vibrant ruby red in colour. Aromas of black cherry, plum and balsamic. Well balanced on the palate with a fresh minerality. Notes of toasted almond so typical of the Primitivos from Gioia del Colle. Try with Spaghetti puttanesca, lamb tagine or crispy fried squid with harissa paste. ORGANIC.
